Vice President Yang Runhui Presenting Certificate of Completion and Souvenirs to Korean Students/
On the morning of January 16, completion ceremony of short-term Chinese culture seminar was held in conference room 109, Mingde Building on Liuxiandong Campus, which drew to a successful close the four-week study tour of students from Korea and Toyo Future University. Vice president, Yang Runhui attended the opening ceremony, and Zhao Jizheng, director of the Foreign Affairs Office as well as Chinese culture teaching delegates from the seminar attended the completion ceremony.
Korean students first gave powerpoint presentations on their study and life in Shenzhen. During the four weeks, they have learnt Chinese language, experienced traditional Chinese culture (tea arts, martial arts, calligraphy, etc.), visited Shenzhen Tencent and Han's Laser, made trips to Dapeng Fortress and Window of the World, and made many Chinese friends, thus enjoying a happy and fulfilling life in Shenzhen. Yang Runhui delivered a warm speech. He encouraged students to continue to learn Chinese and make their own contributions to the common development and cooperation between the two countries.
Next, students from Korea and Toyo Future University presented their own four-week learning outcomes by means of training testimonials, poetry recitals and singing. The song of Friends in Chinese and Korean strengthened the friendship between the two universities, and connected the hearts of two countries’ people. Finally, Yang Runhui presented certificates of completion and souvenirs to Korean students and took group pictures with students.
